Nature Camp

Looking for a creative learning experience for your kids this summer?  Join Mrs. Arnold and Mrs. Jones for "Pondering Plants".  This is a creative learning experi

ence and a fun way to keep the learning going all summer long.  Kids will learn about the wonderful world of God's creation, in a hands-on "green thumb" environment.  Contact Faith Christian Academy for more information.  The class is typically held in June, and runs for four days, 9:30 to 12:00 at the school.  The date will be announced during the 4th quarter of the school year.

Keyboarding Camp

Our summer computer keyboarding camp provides a time for students entering 5th-8th grades to either develop or fine -tune their computer keyboarding skills.  Each camp runs for one week, and is available for two levels of need.  Level I is for students with no formalized training, who need to learn such basics as correct posture and finger placement on the keyboard.  There will be numerous opportunities for practice so that by the time the student finishes the camp, he or she will be able to continue self-paced learning at home.  Level II is for students who have learned the basics of typing but need a refresher course and opportunity to gain speed and accuracy under the care of an instructor.  This camp runs early in July, with the final dates to be announced.  Please call the school for information on signing up for this camp.  Enrollment is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis.
